What’s The #1 Thing You Want to Change About Your Biz?
It’s November and the season is winding down. It’s the perfect opportunity to step back from your business and evaluated what’s working and, conversely, what you need to change?
Take some time off to recharge. And think about all the things that went really well for you in the past year.
After you pat yourself on the back for being awesome, think about all the stupid shit that didn’t work.
Did you buy leads? How’s that working out for you? Are those leads turning into clients and closed transactions? Or are they just more names in your database that are not bringing in referrals?
Are you consistently delivering value to your sphere of influence? Really consider what you are doing and compare it to what actually works.
Take a minute and answer the following questions:
- In the past year, what did you do that gave you the biggest ROI?
- What did you try that did not work?
- What do you want to accomplish in the next year of business?
- If you could master any skill in the next year, what would it be?
