What info does it include?

- Total homes sold

- Active listings
- Area for notes: to give your predictions, etc.
You know your market data best so I made all of those areas customizable. All you have to do is go to your MLS and pull the data that you need. Most of you already have this information at the ready so it shouldn’t be hard.
Make sure to throw your logo and contact information on there!
You have to get belly-to-belly with your sphere so they know what’s happening in the market. You could even email it out (but you know I would rather you do it in person). Be the expert. It’s your job to provide people with the most accurate information about the market.
