Do you believe that online marketing has a good ROI for your real estate business?
If you answered yes, I’m terribly disappointed. I don’t want to knock online marketing. It definitely has value but most likely, you are using it as a crutch to generate business. And I have to tell you, you are probably neglecting the best source of business–your sphere of influence.
The people you know and the people you connect with are by far the best way grow your business.
So, only 20% of your past clients are responsible for 75% of your business, even though 86% of them would use you again and recommend you to a friend….. you see my point? You excited yet? You should be!
