Simple, Applicable Advice From A Successful Realtor

Over the course of founding a profitable startup and a successful real estate practice, I’ve been lucky enough to receive invaluable advice from mentors. Now it’s my turn to give back. I started this blog as a way to share my knowledge with both real estate professionals and entrepreneurs alike.

I love Real Estate, but what I’ve learned over the years is that I really love helping people.

When I was 19, I bought my first home and it was a terrible experience. That was the driving force for me to become a Realtor; I knew I could provide a better experience for buyers and sellers.

As Realtor, I focused on simple and consistent techniques. I built relationships and I focused on quality service. I became a practitioner of my craft and it wasn’t long before I saw huge returns on my investment. Now, I am fortunate enough to be my own boss, love the people I work with and “live the good life.”

Through the years I have documented the important lessons I learned while practicing real estate. And now, I’m doing my best to document the important lessons I’m learning on my journey with my software company, SkySlope. 

I hope you find this site useful. Take what works and please let me know what doesn’t. I’m always on a quest to grow and get better. And while I’m fairly certain I’ll contradict myself as I learn more, I promise to provide tons of valuable advice with a good dose of humor.
