How you manage your time makes all the difference in determining your success as a realtor. Agents always ask, “What will an assistant do for me?” Seriously?? You guys! Come ON!!

Basically, an assistant will do everything that you shouldn’t be spending time on as an agent.

If you take your business seriously, then you have to hire someone to help you do busy work. You should be doing the big ticket items. This is the stuff that only you, the expert real estate agent, can do.

The Only Things Successful Agents Should Be Doing

  • prospecting
  • personal interaction with buyers and sellers
  • cashing checks

When a real estate agent says that they worked an 8-hour day, you have to analyze what those eight hours were spent doing. If seven hours were allocated to completing paperwork, and only one hour was devoted to prospecting, you’re doing it wrong.

Hire someone to help you so you can focus on interacting with clients.
